How it works
If your roof already needs renovation, installing solar panels right away is often not the best idea. We help you go step by step: first make the roof safe and durable, then upgrade it with solar. Because solar creates long-term savings, we can finance the roof renovation as part of the overall solution, helping you modernize your building without tying up capital.
If your building has fibre-cement (asbestos-containing) roofing, we work closely with authorized specialists for compliant removal and replacement. If your roof simply needs refurbishment due to age or wear, we can help as well.
On roof assessment & civil works
We evaluate your roof condition and structure, then define the right retrofit scope—including reinforcement if needed—so the roof is safe and compatible with a long-life PV installation.
Asbestos removal (when required)
If asbestos is present (e.g., fibre-cement), we coordinate compliant removal with licensed partners.
Roof retrofit
We then deliver the retrofit using the most suitable technical solution for your roof. Depending on the site, this may include single-sheet metal roofing or sandwich panels. For special projects, we can also implement custom interventions tailored to your building and compliance requirements.
On solar installation & long-term O&M
Once the roof is renovated, we install your solar system and keep it performing over time with monitoring and O&M—so savings remain predictable and hassle-free.
